Hope you all are doing fine. Hoping to get some insights about my situation here.
I am currently with Tier 1 PSW which will end within few days. I was planning for Tier 1 Ent but that's another story.
My partner is offered a job and Tier 2 general visa provided she graduates on 7th March 2013... . She is on a student visa now completed her MSc in UK and her visa is valid till 1 June 2013. Provided she graduates and the company applies for the visa after 7th March, I have few queries which I am unsure of.
1. I know I can apply to be her dependent. But can I attach my application along with her application? is this possible in country or I have to apply from my home country?
2. Can she work beside her job? the reason for this question is I am an IT contractor working with my own company. She was an intern at my company and worked on various software testings and took salary. I do not wanna let go this opportunity to work her at my company as my company provides software testing solutions and I can't hire anyone but an intern.
If yes, how much work is allowed for her ?Thanks very much for your time reading this, and I look forward for the kind helps I had received in the past from this community once again. Apologies if this is not the correct forum to post this question.
