need help finding the answer to this problem.

hello all

I am on indefinite leave to remain now. When my wife came to uk I was on HSMP tier1 . Last year before the change of rules I got Indefinite leave to remain and I applied my wife visa as a dependent flr (m).

My question is she came to UK in September 2011 as Tier 1 dependent and we applied in June 2012 and in November 2012 she got visa as dependent of a person settled in UK. Can she apply for indefinite visa in September 2013 this year as she will complete 2 years as my dependent or she has to wait until November 2014 to complete 2 years as dependent of a person settled in Uk?
