Method of delivery for BRPs & passports within UK

Post by muina » Mon Feb 25, 2013 10:54 pm

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can share as to how they received their BRPs and passports after a successful application made in the UK? I received a card from DX courier today about a missed delivery requiring a signature and was wondering if it was my passport or BRP.

One friend says it would be the BRP, as she received hers via a courier service as well (signature required), and her passport was via Royal Mail that was just dropped into their mailbox without a need for a signature. Another says she got both via Royal Mail, and insists that the passport gets sent first before the BRP, but judging from some posts I have read, it seems this isn't always the case.

Would love to hear some of your experiences concerning this!
