Indian passport renewal

Hello I am a Permanent resident in UK and my Passport is going to be expired in Nov 13. When I renew my passport I would like to change my Permanent address.

What the documents I need to Change the address?

I have photo copies of my Indian Bank Statement (with Bank attestation)and Copy of Registration document of my Property in India (Under Mortgage so original with bank)

I don’t have any original of these? Is that ok to just have the Photo copy? Or do you need original?

Also there is a diffrenece in the passport fee info in the site. Which one is correct?
