Your 5 years period will start from your visa issue date. (As you entered UK within 90 days of visa issue date)

It appears from previous posts that you entered as a spouse. In which case, you can apply 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of your arrival in the UK on your spouse visa. If you're still unsure, post your entry date and it can be calculated for you.

You mention in a previous post that you had a visitor visa. Is the date you've given the date you entered on your spouse visa?

Hi,
Apologies If I am hijacking this thread, but mine is a similar case

I need to know which date I can apply for ILR based on below dates,

Tier-1 (G)
EC: 31-Oct-2008
Entered: 14-Jan-2009 (74 days ie within 90 days)

1st extention till 15-Dec-2013

I complete 5 years on 31-Oct-2013, So do I have to wait till 28 days before the current Visa expiry date or I can apply immediately once I am eligible for ILR

Regards

Hi, Thanx a lot, I hope you meant 31st Oct 2013 and not 3rd Oct 2013

or is it 3rd Oct since I completes 4 years, 11 months, 3 days as required

I meant 3rd. You are eligible to apply 28 days before the completion of 5 years
