British citizenship PCN vs FPN do I need to declare?

Post by mauro23 » Tue Feb 26, 2013 3:56 pm

I am about to send my documents to apply for British nationality through the NCS in a couple of days however, I have one particular question.

I had 2 penalty charge notices (PCN) given to my vehicle by local councils in London for incorrect parking in the last 12 months, both of which I paid immediately (in the first 14 days).

However these were not (FPN) Fixed penalty notices given to me by the police for breaking a law.

Could you advise if PCN's are considered the same as FPN's for this purpose? and if I should therefore mention that I have more than one FPN in this case? Strictly speaking I don't have a single FPN but 2 PCN's.

Has anybody here been granted BC with more than one PCN's?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

:)
