do i need to fill the landing card

do i need to fill the immigaration landing card and will they gona put entry stamp on my passport and at HEATHROW which queue will i use EU or just normal one? and can i travel to poland or any other eu country on this 6 month eea family permit?

Landing card not required

Entry stamp will be placed

Uk only on the permit
