ILR query - Tier 2 WP/Tier 2 ICT

Guys , I know its difficult and I have less hopes with a gap of 1 year and 8 months in between but please have a look at my case.

I am on tier 2 since Aug 2007

Each time instead of extension a NEW Tier 2 Visa was applied and there is a gap of 15 days between expiry and new visa stamping.

There is no change of client and company anytime during 5 years

I was in India from Jan 2010 to Aug 2011 and with same company and also same client but did not draw any part of the salary in UK for that period. I can get a company letter stating i was send to India for official work and was called back in Aug 2011.

Can this work if I go for ILR?
