There is no automatic anchor baby policy for a child that is born in the UK. An application within the immigration rules, made from inside the UK, from someone with your immigration status, would hinge on whether it is considered unreasonable for the child to live outside the UK. Without the interest for contact from the father this could be difficult. You need legal help and should seek this immediately.

Additionally, you should speak to a family law specialist as the father has a statutory duty to support the child.

I can't explain any clearer based on the information you have given. You need legal assistance for both your immigration and family law problems.

Go to your nearest Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB) for immediate advice on your family situation. This is a free service.
