ILR application for my wife

Post by CD_April2013ILR » Wed Feb 27, 2013 11:07 am

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know which application form should be used for my wife after I get ILR. Should it be SET(O) or SET(M)?

Regards

hi rubina and all,

i am really confused here, why is it SET(O)? it should be SET(M) as a dependent of settled person.

i got my ILR last year, because my wife didnt finish 2 yrs by then , she applied FLR(M). now she has finished 2 yrs and i booked an appointment for SET(M). is it correct? should it be SET(M) or SET (O)

hi gagan,

thanks for ur reply , so i was right. thanks. it is SET(M).

so i understand here , every dependent who has lived in UK on dependent visa when shifting to ILR , should apply on SET(M).

i dont know why i have seen confused posts that some are suggesting SET(O) for dependents .

FLR(M) form to be used for dependant extension and then SET(M) for ILR.
