Confused In Claiming Points

I have applied for HSMP Tier 1 on 2 December 2009 as my visa expires on 4th December 2009. My visa got rejected ..... I appealed .... got approval and visa endorsed on 22 April 2010. Making my story short....
I am applying for my ILR now , I would like to know that when claiming points do I have to claim under the rules in place before 6th April 2010.
or
Under the rules in place on or after 6th April 2010

Need some expert advice as soon as possible..............

as your initial application was before 6 apr 10 so you will come under before 6th april 10 rules
