PSW Dependent cover letter querry

I am planning to reapply for PSW Dependent visa and would like to know- if I should mention about my earlier visa refusal in my cover letter or not?

What should be the dates on cover letter -the day I will be applying) or it could be of 3-4 days back?

I will appreciate ur reply

Doesn't matter if you mention previous refusal in the cover letter or not but don't make a mistake of NOT mentioning it in the applicaton form. The dates on the cover letter don't matter. Why was it refused in the first place?

I have already mentioned the refusal reason under another topic...... it was due to lack of accommodation proof,,,,, strange bt true
