Help - Section 7.11 How long have you lived in UK?

Please advice me on what to fill in this section.

Though I am applying wrt to the recent last 5 years, date of applcn Mar 2013, I have been here for 10 years on various visas and have had more than 6 month breaks in the first set of 5 years.

Please advice - should I say 10 years x months or 5 years (from date of application)?


Business Visa Sept 2003 to Mar 2004
Residence Permit Apr 2004 to Apr 2005
Work Permit Aug 2005 to Aug 2007

New Work Permit Date of Issue Aug-2007  Dec-2008
ICT2 Date of Issue Oct-2008         Date of Expiry Dec-2010 (Extension Applied before expiry date)
ICT2 Extn Date of Issue Jan-2011         Date of Expiry Dec-2012

ICT Long Term Staff Jan 2013 to Nov 2015
