What if I wont get my ILR before my dependants visa expire?

Post by jaberdene » Thu Feb 28, 2013 11:09 am

Hi

Im still waiting decision of my ILR (based on 10 year rule) and my wife and son's student dependand visa will expire middle of the MAY this year.

What if I wont get my decision before their visa expire. Can my wife apply FLR M even though I dont recieve ILR? Can my adult son extend his leave to remain here in UK?

Or they have to go back our country? Very worried about that.

any advice please,

JE
