BRP card

where did this topic disappear???

received application approval letter and passport on 04 Feb 2013, but still not received BRP. Have emailed the delivery team few times now, all that I get informed is bcoz of some technical issues it is delayed :roll:

I know its been couple of years ago..But after how long did you received yr BRP card..?Please let us know..as one of my friend is in same boat..and hes getting similar reply from home office about technical issue..
