when applying for british citizenship for my son does my son compulsory need to be here in uk or he can travel aboard?he has ILR to travel.And once he will get the certificate can he apply british passport from aboard as he travelling aboard and staying aboard.

He can travel abroad. There is no requirement for a BC to hold a British passport (although it might be useful when entering the country). He ca apply for the passport from abroad.
