How to Check details after booking slot

Hi,

Thanks all for your inputs and i have managed to get a date.
I want to make sure that i have entered correct information while booking the slot. Is there anyway to find out the details about that like spellings of first and last name etc . As i can see only the appoint date and location in my account.

Any inputs will be great.
