For those not yet received their ILR BRP Card or expecting to receive their card after their upcoming PEO appointment please note the below feedback of experiences using the UK Border Agency's courier (note DX Courier have a monopoly contract on courier services for most embassies and consulates in the UK.)

I would suggest you make it quite clear on your application or a seperate letter that you want your ILR ID Card sent to your work office if you work during the daytime.
Even then - not guaranteed delivery but a much better outcome than having your ILR ID Card being redirected to a depot because you were not at home to collect.
