Marriage and Residency

Hi all,
on behalf of my cousin.
He is British works and lives in London but use to come every 2weeks to Ireland to see his childhood girlfriend for the past 4months.
Now they are planning to get marry later this year.
my questions are :

1. the girlfriend is an asylum seeker. No document yet.
2. After the marriage how possible for him to take her to London?
3. What is the procedure?

Any quality advise will be appreciated.

right, but can she apply after the marriage to the UK embassy in Ireland for EEA family permit and move to London together with her husband?
He really want to take employment in Ireland but there s no job out there and it s bit sticky as we all know.

What are their options to get things straight please.
