Need advice ( I am intending to apply Tier 1 Entrepreneur)

Hi,

I am currently on PSW visa which is expiring end of this year. I am intending to extend my stay in the UK as Tier 1 Entrepreneur. I want to apply on the basis of 200 K.
I have some doubts in my mind. Could somebody please clear that?

Questions are as follows: (Total amount sent was £70,000 transactions happened in 2012. Obviously there were number of transaction each almost 10,000)

1. My dad has been working in Saudi Arabia as an electrical engineer for the last 25 years. My parents have sent me money from kingdom of Saudi Arabia through different transactions some were Telegraphic transfer (TT) and some were bank transfer from their account. Can UKBA object why my parents have sent money through TT why they didn't send through Bank transfer from their account?

2. Some transactions were done from Dubai as my dad's friend had borrowed money from him which he returned via TT to my uk bank account so can UKBA say why this person has sent you money from Dubai? or can they refuse on this basis.

3. I own a property in my home country. My uncle wants to buy the property and he has recently remortgaged his house. So in a way he has released an equity from his house to raise some money to buy my property. I am selling property in my home country. Can he pay me money here in the UK from his bank account to my bank account? Would that be fine or UKBA could object that?

4. Do any of you know a solicitor who deals with foreign property matters who can assist me.

I am currently studying MBA course full time on PSW visa. is it ok to do so? or UKBA can say why were u studying u should be working on PSW visa?
