what is the way? EEA fp, EEA1 , EEA2 ? please help!

Hey guys!! this is my first post, this is my case.
Im here in London livivng with my wife 2 months now! she is british and Im chilean, Im here with a tourist visa, my question is what should I do now? EEA FP, EEA1 , EEA2 really I don't know what to do it is so confusing.
My wife has not lived here for more than 3 years, so we are going for the suringer sigh way , so we dont have to go through the spouse visa that is just so expensive. Anyway my question is..
What are my possibilities? I know I can do the EEA way but which forms and all that I just dont know.

How come you entered the UK with a visitors visa? you could have applied for an EEA family permit, if you were with her exercising treaty rights.

hi, she was self employee in spain, we are living here in the UK, but I want to be able to work ASAP , so what is the way for me here. cheers. I'm waiting you answer, and thanks for you answers..

You will need to apply using form EEA2. It has a section (section 5) for Surinder Singh applications. Basically, your wife would need to provide proof of her self employment in Spain and you will need to provide evidence of your residence there with her. The downside of not applying from Spain is that you might not have all the required documents in the UK.

A few weeks after applying you should get an acknowledgement letter which will confirm your right to work in the UK.

As your husband is a British, there is no need to fill EEA1. He does not need it, or even qualified for it.
