maintenance funds advice required

Hi.

My cousin is applying for Tier 1 General extension in mArch, he maintained his maintenance funds in his business account instead of personal account. Is it alright for him to submit like this as he does not have time to maintain in his persoal account ? Any assistance pls

Funds must be in personal account not in business account as mentioned in ukba guidence
