10 Year ILR dependents plz respond

hi i am applying for 10 year ILR soon i am very confused about my wife and kid as they came here in 2010 when i had PSW but then i had TIER1 GENERAL and they are dependent on that for now. What should i do, shall i just fill the same SET(0) FORM for them as well or do i have to apply for their FLR.
As they are here before july 2012 so i guess as they have already passed the time with me for more than 2 year so is it ok to apply for their indefinite with my application.
Plz clear this confusion and advice me.
