what are these status

Hi Can any tell me what is that appears right under my user name in every post I make

such as

newbie
junior/senior member
guru
member in standing
etc

what are the criteria to get a particular status. Newbie, junior/senior member is understandable but I have a Member in standing... what is that supposed to be

you receive a status (or designation if you like) depending on the number of posts you have made in the forums.
