The £375.00 is inclusive of £100.00 pounds booking fee.

However, am of the opinion that this new rate is applicable to Non- PBS applicants, according to what is stated on top for the IN COUNTRY .

If its applicable to Non-PBS, that means it is not applicable to economic migrants who are PBS applicants and who are under TIER 1.

Summarily. it is my opinion, though this can be faulted with better and sound judgement and reasoning that the new fees highlighted in YELLOW are meant for Long residence applicants, i.e SET(M).

Please, do note that my submission above only relates to settlement applications and which of the two categories (SET(0) OR SET(M)) is affected.

yes £375 is inclusive but settlement application are treated as NON-PBS

so this will work out as follows for a PEO or in person appointment

£1051 ( main applicant ) + £ 375 = £1426
£788+£375 per dependant = £1163

and it would cost them £403 for main applicant and £403 to process any dependant.

Someone needs to raise this issue! This is beyond ridiculous and the difference between cost and charges is way too much.

Not to mention that it costs them £336 to process Tier 1 application.
Goodluck.

if we don't say anything they will keep charging us

Post by MonkeyBusiness » Sat Mar 02, 2013 10:01 am

if we keep paying what every they ask for, they will keep increasing the fee to what ever they like, every year

Is there anyone out there to stop them robbing our hard earned money, even after paying all the taxes and claiming no benefits from the state at all we are being asked to hand over years of savings and work harder for the next fee, every year

anyone who is affected please write to newspapers,

PLEASE DO YOUR PART MAKE THEM AWARE with links to website, what they are charging, is that the way to improve performance in their office ,

I am sure no one will listen as no once really cares about us, but I will do my part and contact media make them aware

if no one listens no problem but i will have that good feeling that i tried and done my part

what are our rights on this , can senior members advise here please
