form for wife and child

Could someone please tell me which form i need to apply for my wife and child visa?
I am british citizen and my wife and child are currently living in pakistan?
Also my salary is less but i make up for it with saving over 16,000 do i need to fill separate form?

Please help

MY SALARY IS 13,820 EVERY 4 WEEK BEFORE TAX
I HAVE SAVING OVER 31000 THE FIRST MONTH STATEMENT HAS OVER 28,000 SAVING
MY CHILD IS PAKISTANI
