I am filling in the AN 1 form.

I have qurey about the Section 3 (Good Character Requirement).-Which asks aboutt he employment details, HM revenue tax reference number.

Also the supporting documents to be submite- Sec7- SECTION 7 Evidence of tax for self-employed applicants only The most recent HM Revenue & Customs Self Assessment Statement of Account.

For me I got my ILR in March 2012. I was working as a permanent employee with one of the Lodon Borough council. Later on in September I was getting good opportunity to work as agency staff with another London Borough authority, so I started working as agency and I have registered my own Ltd company as I am able to get more money that way. Since last 6 months I have with one of the London Borough council and receiving my pay through my Ltd company. Along with this I have working over the weekends which is apermanent role and i receive payslips.

Now my question is Will I be considered as self employed as my majority of income is through Ltd Company. In this situation what is the tax reference I should put in Sec 3.
What will be documents I need to submit with supporting documents Section 7, as I have not done any accounts for my Ltd company.

Is it fine for me to say I am employed as I work weekends in a permanent job and I have payslips generated from the job.

Please assist.
