applying for my wife and child but which form do i need?

hello could someone please tell me which application form i need to apply for my wife and my child who are both currently living in pakistan and are both pakistani citizens. i am british citizens
i believe its vaf4a family settlement form and vaf4a appendix 2

please help thanks
