Switching Company Tier 2 (G)!

Post by coldplay0184 » Sat Mar 02, 2013 3:30 am

Hi there,

I have been employed in a company for two years now, and they have sponsored me for a Tier 2 (general) visa which runs out Sept 2014.
However the client which my company offers service to, has recently been bought out and the department which I work in will close in August.

If the TUPE rule (where the new company providing the service after August has to employ me) applies in my case does the new employer need to conduct the RMLT for me?

thanks a lot in advance for your replies.

Your question is a little confusing as it seems to indicate that a client (a company that buys your employer's products and services) has been bought by a third party and no longer needs the services that your company provides. Can you clarify as that situation would not fall into TUPE?.
