uk absences before ILR without spouse

Post by abbieuel » Sat Mar 02, 2013 3:05 pm

Dears,
i have 2 years spouse viza ending nov,2013
I need to go for not more than 2 months(11march-11may 13-60 days) abroad and might be in future for 1 more month before applying for ILR in november 2013.i know the dec 2012 rules of 180 days for ilr and 270 days for naturalization
i am going alone bcz my wife need long viza documentation fot his country and she dont want to go byway.she dont like and she cannot work for such long time so

My concerns and questions are:

Is it ok and on safe side to go without spouse for round 2 months?

and i will be defintely in contact with my partner on phone most time,so is it necessary to record this and if yes how to save or record phone calls?
bcz i will be calling from local phone temporary so how to save

would this 2 months stay will effect by some way my ILR application?
which i hope will not bcz its not above single absence limit of 3 months

your helps including moderators, senior memebers or newbies will be appreciated
thanks in advance

Yes. Keep and submit proof of subsisting marriage during period(s) of separation.

But my case come under subsisting marriage situation as well?

although we lived together for long time and we have register marriage
i am just going for short period as i sadi may be less than 2 months or not more than months

suppose how i can provide the proof for phone calls we both are on 3 network and our bills not shpw the numbe list,so in that case how we can provide the prrof

and if i am coming back and we still in relationship and live together why need all these things to proivde?
i mean we still in registered marriage and living normally so why need then

Just to be on the safe side show proof of continued contact. They may sometimes refuse when couples were apart and didn't supply enough evidence that the marriage was subsisting. Agree that 2 months absence should be okay.

Maybe emails will be enough. They are better than nothing.
