Is Settlementopspolicy@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk Closed?

Hi experts,
I tried to inquiry some question for indefinite leave to remain policy so that I sent an email to Settlementopspolicy@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, however I just received a auto reply mentioned that this email was closed down.
Could anyone suggest me whether there is any alternative mailbox I can use to send my query to?
