PBS Tier1 (General) Migrant dependent visa .. outside uk

Hi,

I am planning to apply dependent Visa for my daughter who is in India.

My daughter has a valid UK visa till 15, March 2013 who has not travelled to UK due to some personnel problems.

I am confused in using the VFS online UK visa form. It starts from 'Work' Visa and
not consistent with application form shows in UKBA.

Could someone help me to apply for 'PBS Tier1 (General) Migrant dependent visa - utside uk'.

I am also planning to apply under the same category: My wife is in the UK as ILR (from Tier 1) and I am in India and need to apply for the Visa (PBS Dependent - Spouse dependent of Tier 1 (G)).

Can you pass me the relevant details please?

Same case for me.. Tier 1 general migrant (not ilr) and wife applying from India as dependant but can't find the option on website

Please someone help urgently ... Her visa application is stuck up for this trivial reason
