Post by mwanachi » Mon Mar 04, 2013 12:58 am

Hello everyone

Am a daughter of a settled resident in UK.

Am under 18years old.

I got ILE through my mum who has got ILR for the last just under 5yrs now.

We are both due to get our British Citizenship/passports in Nov 2013.

I got my ILR in Nov 2011.

I would like to join University in the UK. When can I join University and be able to pay home fees? I have google http://www.ukcisa.org.uk/student/info_s ... ettled, but didnt understand it.

Can someone pls advise

Home fees: who is eligible?

When did you arrive in the UK?

I believe that normally, you should also be 'ordinarily resident' in the UK for at least 3 years. Do read the links again to see if there are any applicable exceptions.
