i am on HSMP + Tier1

could some one let me know the answer for this

E1. Please confirm whether you wish to claim points for your UK experience

i think i can tick Yes cos i am applying for SET(O) within UK , so i can claim my 5 points ?

if your last 12 month earning (for which you are claiming pointing) is within uk then you qualify to claim point for uk experience
