Question no 1.21....( where you want your ceremony), i will be using NCS Manchester as i live in Manchester.
Should i leave it blank or write Manchester Council in it.

Home Office map the council nearest to your postcode, so unless you want your ceremony to be held somewhere else, leave it blank
