Self attested photocopy of British / Foreign Passport

Hi,

While surrendering Indian passport, do I need to provide copies of all pages of my British passport or just the bio-data page. Same question for -Self attested photocopy of Indian passport (Used Pages) - Here 'used' pages means the pages with visa stamp or including those which are used by immigration officers at various airports to stamp my enty/exit.

just the bio-data page should be sufficient incase of british passport.

In case of Indian passport better to send photocopy of the visa stamp and including those which are used by immigration officers at various airports to stamp my enty/exit.
