tier 1 general ILR

hi there,
my husband is on tier1 visa. he has been living in Uk for 9 years. can he apply for ILR after 10 years? if so, can i apply for ILR along with him as his dependent?

If he meets the requirements for settlement under long residence, then yes he may apply. Long residence ILR applications can only be made by post and dependents cannot be included in the application. So you will need to wait until he is granted ILR before you can apply.

can i apply immediately for ILR if his application is granted? or do i need to wait for a particular time?
