Last week my cousin had a similar issue.shahbazali wrote:if UKBA gives the option to withdraw the application and one member wants to withdraw and other wants to continue, can he change the member?
When did your cousin applied for visa please let us knowrooney0511 wrote:Last week my cousin had a similar issue.shahbazali wrote:if UKBA gives the option to withdraw the application and one member wants to withdraw and other wants to continue, can he change the member?
He has funds in his account and gave a letter that the same was available to his team member, the case worker called and requested a letter from the bank asking the bank to confirm that the funds are available to both.
As most banks in India do not give that kind of letter, my friend asked In case the bank does not give that letter, if its possible for the team member to withdraw and treat his application as a sole applicant.
The case worker said that it was possible as long as they receive a letter from both applicants, one asking to treat as a sole applicant and the other asking to withdraw.
I do not know about changing the team member.

I-e If team member A wants to withdraw, he can. If ukba gives an option to do so.
If team member B wants to continue with the application then he/she has to make sure that application will be considered as single and he/she had provided supporting documents regarding funds to claim 75 points, unless ukba asks for clarification from both team members in writing.
This is only my point of view.
