What is included in Salary Allowances? please help

Post by Zizco » Wed Mar 06, 2013 4:19 pm

Hi,
I am currently on PSW visa that expires in August 2014. I secured an ACA training contract starting in September 2013. The problem is that the salary is only £19,000 for the first year and it will increase to £21,000 from the second year.
I will have to change the PSW visa====to Tier 2 general.

My question is what can I include in the acceptable salary allowances. The employer will provide me as benefit:
-Life insurance
-Income protection.

Will it be considered by the UKBA as salary allowance? If not from your experience what can be included in allowance? Because on UKBA it website it is very confusing.

Thanks
