Supporting Documents for Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence

Hello everyone,

I am going to apply Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence for our company. Which is belongs to group 5. Now, I checked supporting documents list. We have 6/7 listed documents handy. But, they asked minimum 4 documents. So, should I send 4 documents or all 7 documents I have ?

Another problem, they asked all original or certified copy. Problem is like VAT return is online printed. How can be it original or certified ?

Another is planning permission from local council. Nature of our company is wholesaler & retailer. We have two branches in two London borough. For oldest branch we don't have any paper planning permission. This business running for 15 years and very popular in local. I am confused whether we need that planning permission for Home Office. Because, they mentioned if require then have to supply planning permission documents. So, my question whether we need that ?

Though, we have planning permission for our new branch which is in another London borough. We needed that permission, because when we moved in that premises, used to be for different reason. I think, may be that is why we needed that planning permission.
