Hi guys

So biometrics done over two weeks ago, 18 Feb 2013, after winning appeal based on article 8 UKBA sent a letter that say,
“
Your Appeal had been allowed and decision has been made to grant you a period of Leave, in order to do so, please enroll your biometrics within 15 days…. “

I was wondering as they have clearly mentioned that a decision had been made to grant a leave then it should not take more than two weeks to get the BRP.

Should I contact UKBA on that given email address at

or is the above email address is for only straightforward application ?
