Work Permit ILR

Post by Zaveri » Fri Mar 08, 2013 1:43 am

Hello Everyone

I have completed 4 Years 10months on Work Permit and am looking forward to my ILR later this month. I had some questions, thought should ask the experts:).

1) My P60 for 2010 has 18.5k as final earnings, and for 2011 its 24.2K. Is that a problem? Would this be considered as technical changes to employment?

2) Question 5.1 Set(O) form. Type of accommodation? I am living in shared ownership house. Do i need to check option (e) Others and say "part buy part rent" or select option(a)"Owned by you"?

Many Thanks.

Zaveri

1. Why dramatic increase in salary? Did you get a pay rise? If yes then do your title change?

2. You can write other and then explain

Ttitle has not changed. Its like we had a busy year and i could not take holiday, and encashed them. Hence the increase.

Does part ownership mean using public funds?

no it doesn't mean you are claiming public funds. You are totally fine as it can be technically be referred to a overtime :)
Thanks!

That should not a problem then.

I take it there will be a breakdown of this on your payslip?

And shared ownership is not claiming benefits

Thanks UKsettelement & Gagan.

@ Gagan: I do have relevant payslip showing Holiday Pay

One more question.

I had claimed tax credit once either 2009 or 2010. This i think was the excess tax amount they refunded after calculation tax code for the year.

This isnt claiming working tax credit i guess?

Thanks!
