After PEO -- Additional Docs

Hello All ,

I went for my PEO application on 26th feb. They asked for another Documents ( they given special reference number , which dosen't seems to be special. ) , They received that on 29th at 9 AM. Still awaiting reply, they have my all documents. I think i am fulfilling all the requirements.

How can i approach them regarding status, I do not have email Add. Phone number diverts me to standard voice mail.

My Visa is expiring on 13th March. My Wife needs to travel to Home country to visit her father ( who just undergone heart surgery.)

Quite fustating situation.
