Post by psw2009 » Fri Mar 08, 2013 9:23 am

Hi,

There was immigration officer in our company earlier this week, they arrested about 4 member of staff because of breach of their visa conditions few of them released on bail and other pending removal from uk,
there was no good system in place for HR in the company, can you please let me know that what is the probability that company license will be suspended/revoked?

Thanks alot

How can anyone know? You've got the wrong site; suggest you google for fortune-tellers, psychics, etc.

I think you will just have to wait and watch. UKBA can take any kind of action against employer..
