9.12 of EEA 3 Form

Just wondering if anyone could help with this,my Mrs is filling EEA3 form, but we kind of confused about 9.12 of the form,any advise please. And also my Kids where born here,4 and 2 years old do we have to apply using EEA3 form or they can be included when we apply for citizenship since they were born in the UK.

9.12 - you can just ignore this question. It has nothing to do with EEA applications and is there just because someone was lazy and did "copy & paste" from another form.

If the kids are younger than 5, they can't apply for PR (as they have not lived in the UK for 5 years). UK born children don't need PR when applying for British citizenship (the parent needs it)

Thanks Jambo, meaning when we are applying for Citizenship we just do a family package with the Kids included

If the children are UK born then once you have PR, they can apply for BC. They don't need to wait until you apply for BC. There is no difference in fees if the children apply together with you or not.
