Hi its my first time on this websites hope i can get some help.im illegal in ireland since august 2007.and i had deportaion order before which were revoked after claiming asylum.but my asylum was refused.anyway long story short i met my current irish partner in 2010 and we have now 11 month old daughter.i filed the case in doj in zambranoo judgment in september 2012 but still waiting.can anyone tell me how long can it take more.and one more thing im married to someone ealse and i dont live with my wife and we r not divorced yet.hope someone can help me to give me some information.

I'm on the same situation as you. I have been waiting for 11 months still no word. Have you done the DNA test?

No they didnt ask me to get dna test . Do i have to do the dna test?

Was only asking, I know few people who were required to do it. I haven't been asked yet. Just hope that the next letter will come with positive news.

it took us around 15 months in total to get approval. so any one waiting for few months just stay put.

15 months god help me.im waiting nearly 6 months now.im relyin on 2 laws.defacto relationship and zambrano.but inis seems to b sending me letters only about zambrano.
