I hold ILR, will my wife b treated as a home student?

Hi There,

I recently got ILR and married. My wife is planning to go for MSc but I do not have any clue if my wife will be treated as a home student or International student. To get answer of this question, we have emailed to different university but every university replies us to contact UKBA and as you know UKBA never replies us or take the call.

If anyone replies me with answer, it makes my life easier and will be a great help.
