Question in AN Application form

Post by SHK » Sat Mar 09, 2013 12:44 pm

Hi

I came to UK in 2002 and overstay my visa and went back in 2007.

I applied for spouse visa and get my visa in appeal.

I came back on spouse visa in 2008 and now complete my 5 years. I need to know answer of few question.

Do I need to mention any details from previous visit or just current status details which belong to spouse visa.

Which reference no I need to put in question no 1.1

1.1 Please give previous Immigration and Nationality Directorate or Border and Immigration Agency or UK Border Agency reference numbers.

I lived on my current address when I came last time in 2002 to 2007.

Do I need to put that date or put date when I came back in 2008 on spouse which also completes 5 years terms.

1.1 state the date that you moved into this address

2.1 Date and place of first arrival in the United Kingdom.
