URGENT HELP: TIER 2 GENERAL DEPENDENT VISA REFUSED

Hi:

Recently my wife applied for tier 2 general dependent visa from India. We submitted the following documents.

1. My Passport and VISA page copies
2. My Employer reference letter
3. Undertaking letter from my A rated sponsor for maintenance funds requirement.
4. Sponsor letter
5. My Employer reference letter
6. Wedding Card/Photos
7. My last 5 months pay slips
8. My last three months bank statements. I have submitted the bank statements just to prove my regular income.

Her VISA was rejected with reason that there are no enough maintenance funds in the bank statements provided. However, I have clearly stated in covering letter and also in the note in online application form that I am providing undertaking letter from my A rated sponsor for maintenance requirement and the bank statements are just to prove the regular income.

I think the undertaking document which I provided is misplaced by VFS. Because, when we got back our documents, this letter is missing.

Please suggest if my wife can apply again dependent visa. Or, I maintain funds then apply for VISA? Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

We will apply again. This time, I will not be submitting my bank statements as they may create confusion. I will just provide undertaking letter from my A rated sponsor. Will this be ok ? Please advise.

Also, in VAF10 document, I can choose the option "Letter from an A-rated sponsor confirming that you are a dependent of a Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) and that the sponsor will provide maintenance and accommodation in accordance with the specifications described in the Dependant Policy Guidance"

But, this is not available in online application form. So, when I applied last time, we have written note that we are submitting under taking letter from sponsor. Will that be OK ? Please suggest... Thanks
