I had plans to apply for my spouse visa using flr(m). She has been on a psw dependant visa but have spent 9 years in UK continously. I have read in this forum some people have successfully applied for ils uding set(m) rather than first using flr(m). The problem is that I will do postal application, can I then submit 2 filled applications (flr(m) and set(m) and write a cover letter with an explanation. I the application might be sent back yet the leave is due to expire. Please advise
